This manual will give you all the primary background information required to understand and carry out this complex mission. Subdivided into chapters, every issue of importance ranging from simple information to strategic advice is covered. The first chapters deal with enemy activities in the past and present, their relation to each other and their direct/indirect effect on the people.
The following outlines a strategic view of our and the enemies situation and recommended actions. In the last chapter, a review of the first two is given and conclusions are drawn. For brevity, the manual will only answer basic questions and cannot deal with all the details of the matter. It is your duty to intensify your knowledge on each of the subjects, and when you feel ready, spread the knowledge to more people. It is of critical importance that you completely understand the connection between the chapters. You must understand that these are not isolated cases but a web of conditions.
