Salt for Slugs is literary verite, it’s about our life, your life and everybody’s life. Aside from covering anything from Kung-Fu to bizarre counter culture, SFS investigates the realm of music, mayhem, multipersonalities, drunken revelry and musty clothes.

At SFS, we’ve exposed our “normal” lives. Lives that filled with interesting sounds, quirky people, local color, “How-To” tips, action sports and other miscellaneous bullshit that has no discernible purpose. In an issue of Salt for Slugs, you might find anything from instructions on how to build backyard bbq speakers to in-depth interview with a drunken street person.

In these times, when even the words “keeping’ it real” can turn into another corny catch phrase for the rabble, it’s important to take a glance once in awhile into where we really are in the world. It’s our goal at Salt for Slugs to sift through the fantasy and discover our reality. Won’t you join us?
